Eligibility
- Aged 18 or over (a parent can hold a card for a traveller aged 15+)
- Valid national ID or passport
- No bank account required, but loading is easiest from a Lanternvale account

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I spend in a currency I didn't load?
The payment is taken from another loaded currency with a 2% cross-currency fee.
Is this a credit card?
No. You can only spend what you have loaded, so there is no interest and no debt.
What if the card is lost abroad?
Freeze it in the app and use your backup card. Your remaining balance moves to the new card.
Can I get my leftover money back?
Yes, convert it back to JOD in the app or cash it out at a branch for free.
